The Institute of Faith Education was established by Archbishop F. R. Rush on 8 September 1976. Part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane and a Registered Training Organisation (RTO Code: 31402), the IFE serves the formation needs of various agencies of the Catholic Church in Queensland and beyond. We provide tailored education and formation designed to resource learners to work effectively in the various agencies of the Catholic Church and in the wider community. We value being responsive to the needs of learners and to the agencies who use our courses to train their staff.
