Around 90 staff are involved in delivering IFE courses each year in schools, parishes and agencies. These include teachers, sessional trainers and assessors and mentors  who work with the IFE in providing our various courses to participants each year. We draw on the expertise and input of other agencies including Evangelisation Brisbane, Liturgy Brisbane and Centacare to provide formation for specific ministry areas and we work collaboratively with other dioceses so that IFE courses can be delivered in dioceses across Australia.

A small core staff work in our central office  providing course administration, support, management and course development. They include the IFE Director, Registrar, Senior Education Officer, Quality Assurance Officer and Student Services.
